The Victoria Cardiometabolic Collaborative Clinic is located at the corner of Shelbourne Street and Hillside Avenue, just across from the Hillside Shopping Centre. Offices are located on the second (endocrinology & metabolism) and third (cardiology) floors.  Limited parking is available at the front of the building.
